Child Safety Standards

GoYolo maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including all forms of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page sets out our published standards, our prevention practices, how to report a concern, and our designated point of contact, in line with our obligations as a publisher on app marketplaces such as Google Play.

These standards apply across the GoYolo website (goyolo.in), the GoYolo Android app and the GoYolo iOS app.

If you encounter content or behaviour on GoYolo that you believe involves child sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately using any of the following:

We treat every report of suspected child exploitation as urgent, investigate promptly, and take immediate action, including account removal and reporting to the appropriate national and regional authorities.

4. Legal compliance

GoYolo complies with all relevant child safety laws applicable to our operations, including India’s Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, and cooperates fully with regional and national authorities. Where required, we report confirmed instances of CSAE/CSAM to the relevant national reporting bodies and law enforcement agencies with jurisdiction.
