Partner Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 2026
Looking for the resident-facing terms instead? See our Terms & Conditions.
These Partner Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and GoYolo, a product of Yolohelp Services Private Limited (“GoYolo”, “we”, “us” or “our”), governing your registration and participation as a service partner (“Partner”, “you”) — including cooks, housekeepers, drivers and other household-service professionals — on the GoYolo Partner app and any related GoYolo services (together, the “Services”).
By creating a Partner account, submitting your registration, or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, please do not register as a Partner.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally permitted to work in India, and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to register as a Partner. You confirm that all information and documents you provide during registration are true, accurate, and belong to you.
2. Independent contractor relationship
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and GoYolo. You are an independent professional who uses the Services to find work opportunities with residents. You are solely responsible for how you perform your services, the equipment or supplies you use, and compliance with all applicable laws that apply to your trade — including any licensing requirements, income tax, GST (if applicable), and other statutory obligations. GoYolo does not withhold tax on your behalf, does not provide employee benefits, and does not direct or control the manner in which you perform services for residents.
3. Registration and KYC verification
- You must complete the registration flow in the app, including personal details, service categories, professional details, and availability.
- You must submit a selfie and government-issued identity documents (such as Aadhaar, front and back) for identity and, where applicable, background verification, through our KYC verification partners.
- You explicitly consent to GoYolo collecting, processing, and sharing your KYC documents with verification/background-check partners solely for the purpose of verifying your identity and eligibility to be listed as a Partner.
- GoYolo may approve, reject, or request re-submission of your registration or documents at its discretion, and may periodically re-verify your details.
- Providing false, expired, or someone else’s documents is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate and permanent suspension, and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
4. Partner conduct and service standards
You agree to:
- Provide services professionally, punctually, and safely, and represent your skills and experience accurately;
- Treat residents, their families, and their property with respect, and never engage in harassment, discrimination, theft, or abusive behaviour;
- Keep your profile (services offered, availability, service areas) accurate and up to date;
- Comply with all applicable laws, including labour, safety, and local municipal regulations relevant to the services you offer;
- Immediately notify GoYolo of any safety incident, complaint, or legal issue arising from a booking made through the Services.
Repeated resident complaints, low ratings, safety violations, or breach of these Terms may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the platform, at GoYolo’s discretion and, where practicable, after an opportunity to respond.
5. Bookings, fees and payment
- GoYolo may connect you with residents seeking services matching your profile; accepting a booking creates a direct service arrangement between you and the resident.
- Where GoYolo facilitates payment or charges a platform/commission fee, the applicable rate and payment schedule will be shown in the app before you accept a booking, and may be updated with reasonable notice.
- Where payment is made directly between you and the resident (e.g. cash), GoYolo is not a party to that transaction and is not responsible for collecting, guaranteeing, or mediating disputes over that payment.
- You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any tax due on your earnings.
6. Ratings, reviews and referrals
Residents may rate and review completed services. Ratings and reviews are visible on your public profile and help other residents make informed decisions; GoYolo may remove reviews that violate our content policies but does not guarantee removal of accurate, good-faith feedback. The Services may also let you refer other prospective partners for rewards described in the app from time to time.
7. Content you submit
By uploading photos, videos (including an introduction video), or other content to your profile, you grant GoYolo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, and use that content within the Services to present your profile to residents. You confirm you have the right to share this content and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
8. Data storage, security & DPDP compliance
Your registration data and KYC documents — including your selfie and Aadhaar images — are stored and processed on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure via Firebase, with restricted, access-controlled storage and encryption in transit. We process your personal data, including sensitive verification documents, in accordance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and other applicable data protection laws, and only for the purposes described in this section and our Privacy Policy. Full details of what we collect, how we use and share it, and your rights are set out in our Privacy Policy.
You can permanently delete your Partner account at any time from Profile → Delete account in the app. This permanently removes your registration record, including your uploaded KYC documents, and your Firebase Auth account, subject to information we are legally required to retain (for example, for fraud-prevention or legal-compliance purposes).
9. Intellectual property
The Services, including the GoYolo name, logo, app design, and underlying software, are owned by Yolohelp Services Private Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. GoYolo does not guarantee any minimum volume of bookings, income, or work opportunities through the Services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoYolo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoYolo and its officers, employees and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of income, profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, any booking, or any dispute between you and a resident — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold GoYolo, its officers, employees and affiliates harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or damages, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, the services you provide to residents, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, reject, or terminate your Partner account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, submitted false or fraudulent information or documents, posed a safety risk, or received repeated serious complaints. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time as described in Section 8. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 9, 10, 11 and 12) will continue to apply.
14. Grievance redressal
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the details of our Grievance Officer are provided below. We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Services, our fee structure, or for legal reasons.
