GoYolo runs a flexible hybrid workplace. Our Bengaluru office is open to everyone, but there are no fixed in-office days — the team chooses where they work best, day to day, around a few shared collaboration hours.

Location-based pay adjustment
GoYolo does not apply location-based pay adjustments. Compensation is based on role and experience, not on where a team member is working from.
Vaccine policy
GoYolo does not have a formal COVID-19 vaccination requirement or policy for employees at this time. We continue to follow applicable public health guidance for our Bengaluru office.
